When can I receive my tower crane and spare parts and how much will it cost?

Please be sure your request includes your phone number, the name of a contact person, your company name and you city as well as the product name and your requirements for the product.

Do you underwrite any warranty for your cranes?

Our tower cranes carry a warranty that covers 18 months or 4000 machine hours, depending on what warranty event occurs earlier. The warranty becomes effective from the moment the crane is put into operation and cannot exceed 24 month from the date of sale.

How will my crane be delivered?

Your crane may be delivered by rail or road.

The KB-408.21 is delivered either by rail on 6 flat wagons or by 6 motor vehicles and 2 rail flat wagons.
The KB-403B is delivered either by rail on 5 flat wagons or by 5 motor vehicles and 2 rail flat wagons.
The KB-314 is delivered either on 3 rail flat wagons or by a low loader and 2 motor vehicles.
The KB-408.21 is delivered by 10 motor vehicles.

Onsite oversized delivery by road is available to Yekaterinurg, Chelyabinsk, Tyumen and other nearby regions.
